During my recent stay, I appreciated the central location that allowed easy access to nearby attractions like the Museo de Arte Sacro and the Ayuntamiento. The room provided a nice view. Unfortunately, the elevators were sometimes unresponsive, which was a bit unnerving. The convenience of being close to various sites was the highlight for me as I explored the city.

Easy access to Del Bajio International airport, which was about 25 minutes' drive away. They gave us fancy standard quadruple room with large tub. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe when we arrived.

The building's age is evident. My room had dusty carpets, compromising the cleanliness, and the walls are thin enough to hear conversations from other guests clearly. I also had an uncomfortable experience with the shower privacy issue. There are gaps in the walls where sound easily travels.

We enjoyed the hotel's location right by the zocalo. The kids loved the TV in our Beautiful Queen Room that had tons of channels, and we appreciated the convenient restaurant offering great lunch buffets.

The room had air conditioning, a tv with cable channels, and a private bathroom with a roll-in shower. The bed was okay, though the sheets were a bit stiff. The location gave us a nice view.
